If your product arrives with manufacturers defects please reach out ASAP and we will replace the items at no charge. Replacement requests must be made no later than 3 days of receipt. Please reach out to info@GraceandLouie.com with a photo of the product and your contact information. An email confirmation with a tracking number will be issued by GraceandLouie and the product will be replaced. No refunds.

Please allow time for both production and shipping, as all items are made to order with care. You will receive a tracking number upon ordering. Most products ship within 2-3 day, although production times may vary.
